Are you addicted to learning? Do you download teleseminars and reports all the time? Yeah. Me, too. Open kimono moment: My ipod has zero music on it. None. Zip. Nada. Only business related recordings and audio books. I’m probably the only one at the gym keeping time on the treadmill to Brian Tracy or Mari Smith!
When I bought my iPad last year I was thrilled to discover a new love: podcasts. There are just so many new, free, awesome things to listen to each week! Just not enough time in the day or night. I love to take little road trips and pop open my iPad and listen to the latest from my favorite people. Here is what I am loving these days.
- Amy Porterfield – Online Marketing Made Easy
Amy’s podcast is relatively new and each one is jam packed with wonderful information. You’ll find yourself reaching for your pen. I also love just listening to her voice. That may sound weird, but she has a very pleasant voice, and she isn’t all sales-y. You may find yourself re-listening to each one… Podcast length between 30 and 45 minutes.
- Michael Hyatt – This is Your Life
Michael’s podcast covers a wide variety of business and success ideas. This is another one that you will want to take action on after each episode! He is very inspiring. Podcast length between 25 and 45 minutes, and there is a big library to listen to.
- The Public Speaker’s Quick and Dirty Tips for…
You probably know that I am a speaker, among other things. But you don’t have to be a public speaker to learn something cool here. Topics cover all things communication. Most of the podcasts are less than 10 minutes long, and again, there are a lot of them to choose from.
Bonus! TED Talks – Need I say more? There are so many talks to listen to on every topic. I haven’t found one that wasn’t worth listening to. And all under 20 minutes each, which is TED Talk style!
In the spirit of sharing, won’t you leave a comment and tell me about some other podcasts that I need to be listening to?
